Quebec Chronicles: The Goblin Pilgrimage Tour

And here we are. Quebec City by way of 쓸쓸하고 찬란하神 – 도깨비. There’s really not much to say — if you watched and loved the show, you would know these places by heart. If you haven’t, maybe watch it and come back here another time.

Here it goes, expectation versus reality:

Hotel la Maison Demers

68 Rue Sainte-Ursule, Québec, QC G1R 4E6, Canada

Episode 1

The Red Door, Quartier Petit Champlain

71 Rue du Petit Champlain, Québec City, Québec

Episode 4

Don’t be fooled by the seemingly empty board walk. There were hordes of tourists behind me trying to get the same photo. :D

Fontaine de Tourny

Fontaine de Tourny, Place de l'Assemblée-Nationale, Québec, QC, Canada

Episode 4

By the time we got to the fountain we were so tired and sweaty and then it began to rain. So we just made the best out of the situation.

I was so hooked on this show that I just had to see these places with my very own eyes. As I write this two years later, I can’t really say that it’s still in my top 5 K-dramas (that deserves another post altogether), but I will always be grateful that it introduced me to Quebec City. Now if I can only find a red door that will transport me instantly to Seoul, that’d be awesome.
